Oh man, not remembering your own WhatsApp number — been there, done that. Here’s an easy fix:
- Open WhatsApp like you’re checking in on group chats you’ll never reply to.
- Hit the three dots/menu button in the top-right corner (Android) or the settings icon (iPhone, it’s the little gear thingy).
- In the menu that pops up, pick “Settings.”
- Once you’re in, tap on your profile picture or name at the top.
- Boom! Your phone number should be listed right under your name and status.
Can’t even call that “hiding,” right? It’s basically in plain sight. If for some wild reason you can’t find it there, just ask a friend to check their WhatsApp contacts and tell you what number’s tied to your profile. Problem solved.
