One small disagreement with @mikeappsreviewer, Apple Photos already gives you separate Screenshots and Live Photos sections, so if your main issue is finding them, iOS is not totaly useless. The problem is cleanup. Apple’s tools are slow once your library gets big.
What helps is an app that lets you review those groups fast, delete in batches, and trim Live Photos you do not want to keep moving. Clever Cleaner fits that use case well. It is more of an iPhone photo cleanup app than a full archive system, and for most people that is the better fit.
